— BACKGROUND
I’m Sherwin dela Resma, the founder of Visual Collections.
I started Visual Collections during the pandemic, creating designs that quickly grew into hundreds of projects. Over time, I managed a small team of creatives, delivered more than a thousand designs, and gained valuable experience leading and collaborating on different client projects. Today, I continue to manage Visual Collections while balancing my full-time role.
Currently, I’m the Team Leader for Group Fitness at Auckland Council’s Glenfield Pool and Leisure. Alongside running classes, I look after the digital side of the centre — creating social media content, videos, graphics, and marketing campaigns. My role has expanded to include creative work for other regional leisure centres as well, after Auckland Council recognised the passion I bring to design, storytelling, and community engagement.
